Please be informed that the island of Bali celebrates Nyepi (Silent Day) each year on the following dates below. Nyepi Day is a day of absolute silence throughout the island and it is observed from 6am until 6am the next morning. No outdoor activities are allowed and there will be no check-in or check-out from Villa Songket on 9th March 2027 and the 26th March 2028.

- Minimum night booking applies for the following dates:
26th March 2027 to 30th March 2027 = 4 nights minimum booking.
22nd December 2027 to 5th January 2028 = 5 nights minimum booking.

Booking Terms and Conditions
A 50% deposit is required when dates are booked to secure the reservation.
Final payment is due 21 days prior to check-in date.
Full refund applied if reservation cancelled more than 60 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation fee of 50% of full tariff applied if reservation is cancelled within 60 days prior to check-in date.
A one time rescheduling of dates to avoid cancellation fee is offered to guests with new dates always subject to availability.
Guests not showing at all for their scheduled stay incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Late check-out or early check-in is subject to availability and attracts a surcharge of 50% of the daily rate.
